The Joachim is the first knife that I took from a dream to a physical creation. At 6 1/8″ this thin profile bird and trout styled knife carries perfectly in a pocket, around your neck or in any bag.
Still my favorite, the Joachim is usually on me when Im out and about.
Big river
The Big River is an extended version of the Joachim. At 7 1/4″ and featuring a finger groove it gives just that extra little purchase for large jobs.
